Pricing for support services is simple- based entirely on the cover required and the retail value of your equipment.

Outside of our maintenance contracts, you can still have access to our expert staff at these rates.

Maintenance contracts provide cover for the repair or replacement of any specified equipment which fails due to normal wear and tear. Failure due to other factors (e.g. maltreatment) will not be covered. Any work undertaken outside of that covered by the contract will be deemed as chargeable.
